300 RUM QL Request

Starting work up on two E-tip bullets 168 and 180 for my 300 RUM for next years elk hunt. Would like to try R-33 any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone with good already worked also welcomed.

Those velocities seem remarkably slow. I regularly shoot a 200gr bullet at about 3,200 ft/sec and I would expect a 168gr to be a few hundred ft/sec faster. However, I rarely shoot monometal bullets.
